For those who are registered for the first time – please be correct with your details, especially email. After registration, you will receive a notification to confirm the registration. After that, you will get access to the service. Then you will receive an email with instructions.

The service works easily:

– At the first registration, you will receive free access for 30 days, all the features of the service included.

After that you will be offered one of the tariffs. If 30 days are not enough for you to get acquainted with the service, please contact us and we will extend this period.

For those who registered before March 1, 2020, all new released tools related to machine learning (and not only) will be free. Subsequent use will be provided at a 50% discount for 2021 and with a lifetime discount of 20% after that.



Step 1


Social media add-ons: Most of the accounts are connected through the official APIs, so all work with Facebook with our service is safe for your account.


For Instagram, we recommend using an external proxy. We will eliminate this need after a scheduled update of our service soon.


Facebook 


To publish to your groups or pages, you need to confirm the right to publish posts. Please add a Facebook account casually, using the official button in the “Accounts” section.

* For publications on pages that you manage, you do not need any additional actions. After adding an account, you can plan your publications.

The steps:

– Add accounts to the tool;

– Select the Pages and groups you are going to work with;

– Save your choice.

After adding accounts, you need to go into your group and add the EasyUp application to confirm the right to add posts on your behalf using our service.

Instagram 

How to add an account 


We use a bot that makes your posts on Instagram. We strongly recommend to use a proxy with the identical address of your real location. For example, If you live in Moscow, your proxy must be configured for the same city.

Adding an account in steps:

– Inside the EasyUp tool, go to the “Accounts” tab;

– Click “add account” in the Instagram Accounts section;

– Enter the username and password for your account;

– Enter the proxy address (instructions below);

– Confirm that it is you (you will receive a code in SMS or email, depending on the specified settings in your account);

– Save it.

Proxy format: http: // user: pass @ iporhost: port

A proxy server helps you to fake your location. This is a temporary measure that we are forced to use until Facebook opens the official API. This is planned for March-April 2020.

  3. After transferring to the linkedin website, log in to your account;

  4. After logging in, you will automatically be returned to the service, where you can select the account you want to add;

  5. After, click “Add Account”.

Step 2

Creating groups / projects


* Before you use the function of groups, you need to add all the necessary accounts. You can do this using the instructions on how to add your social media.
This feature allows you to combine your accounts into groups to make it easy to use. For example, you have a client with two online stores with its own social media. You can create separate groups for each of them or combine social media accounts by projects.

Take the steps:

  1. Go to the “Groups” tab https://app.easyup.online/group_manager;

  2. Create a new group;

  3. Drag inside all the accounts you want to link.

* Soon, this option will be changed to the “Projects” module, which will allow you not only to create links between your social accounts, but also to combine drafts, posts and schedules inside one project and also work in a team.


Step 3

Adding Media Files

Adding and editing media files is a convenient way to prepare all the materials for planning publications.

The steps:

  1. Go to the “File Manager” tab https://app.easyup.online/file_manager;

  2. Download all the media files you intend to use;

  3. After loading, the “three dots” icon will appear on each preview by clicking on it. Selecting “edit”, you can edit images, change filters and add your text to it.

Important! Connection to the Canva.com service will appear soon, and this instruction will be different!


Step 4

Create Drafts


This is a basic tool that allows you to store your posts, keyword lists or hashtags that you can quickly add while creating a new publication (described in step 5)

Step 5

Scheduling Posts


Posting to the selected social media or posting to all accounts at once.

When you added your social media accounts, created connection groups (if you need them), you can publish or schedule your posts.

In a few social media at the same time:

– Go to the “create post” tab https://app.easyup.online/post;

– Select a media file (one or several images, video);

– Add the text of your publication;

– Create a schedule (if necessary) and select the date of publication;

– Mark the social media you want to post at;

– If you want to publish a post to the linked group – just select only the group.


Publications in individual social media:

– Select a social media in the menu;

– Select a media file (one or several images, video);

– Choose a publication format (text, image, video, multiple images, stories);

– Add the text of your publication;

– Create a schedule (if necessary) and select the date of publication;

– Check the social media you want to post at.

– Schedule your posts (for calendar);

– After adding accounts and creating publications, you can track and view your publication plan and schedule by dates in the calendar.


Calendar

On the “Schedule” tab you will find a calendar and filters to help you navigate.

Filters:

  • On line  – shows the posts that you have scheduled;

  • Published – shows all posts that have been successfully published;

  • Not published – will show posts that have not been published.



Instruments


You will find “Watermark” on the “Tools” tab. This feature allows you to add your logo to all your media files automatically.

You can set the logo size and positioning inside this tool.

After the first registration, you get free access for 30 days with all the features of the service (Plan C tariff). After registration or after the expiration of the trial period, you can select the appropriate tariff plan on the tariff page.
